In October 2021, the organizers of the "2D-Mat-Net" innovation forum grouped around the Turchanin research group cordially invited to this two-day workshop in Jena. During this event, the great potential of 2D materials (including graphene, atomically thin semiconductors, molecular nanomembranes) for new products and services in promising technological areas was presented and discussed. In addition to bioanalytics and energy storage/energy conversion, experts in photonics and optoelectronics as well as filtration and hydrogen technologies could be won as speakers.
